The Partners of our groupage division may already request electronic quotations and may even track on the Internet the transport of their cargo to their destination.

This allows the tracking of status changes of the actual orders being processed (starting from the confirmation of the order until the consignment is issued). Our clients may obtain information from the consignment through their own computers without the need for a telephone call, reducing in this way the load on the administrators. Furthermore, electronic information service becomes possible also beyond work time.

Following the arrival of the truck, it is possible to query the time of loading in of the consignment, the time of customs registration number issued, from which it is already possible to conclude that the item can pass through customs clearance.

Our Partners requesting customs clearance may follow-up the procedure of customs clearance as a result of which they can see the time when the resolution is completed.

An important point is that with respect to the consignments of clients using the programme, it is also possible to track when the forwarder / dispatcher transported consignment to the collection point and when did the truck depart from the collection point abroad. Naturally, this requires the up-to-date information flow among the forwarding partners, for the precise documentation of the data above.

Another field of application of the programme is the submission of request for proposal through the Internet.

Using the options provided by the programme, our Partners can submit their requests for proposal in a simplified manner to the administrator of Hungarocamion, who queries the requests for proposal through the Internet and responds them and in case of a positive response will already confirm the process as an order.
