Budapest Intermodal Logistics Centre (BILK) is the greatest logistics centre in Central Eastern Europe and located close to major destinations and transit routes. BILK has its own railway station and combi-terminal, providing facilities for container cargo handling and RoLa traffic. The total capacity of the geographically well-located warehouse exceeds 180,000 sq.m. The warehouse base installed with the most modern infrastructure and IT systems permits the storage of goods on high racks, in blocks and on shelves, with areas suitable for the storage of hazardous goods also being available. The capabilities of BILK cover goods manipulation services (strickering, co -packing, order picking and packing, unit load production and distribution), inventory management, public warehousing and bonded warehousing services, the full scope of customs agency and banking administration services the operation of a barcode-based warehouse inventory system, the operation of web-based VMI centres as well as integration into the logistics and IT systems of the customers.
