BILK is located in the 23rd district of Budapest, in the 100 hectare area enclosed by Ócsai út – M0 motorway and Budapest – Kelebia railway main line. On 70% of the area BILK Logisztikai Zrt. (BILK Logistics Pte. Co.) is engaged in property utilisation operated by itself. Currently the company has a capacity of 130 000 m² in warehouses and 15 000 m² in offices/warehouse offices.

The property is close the crossing of all significant international destinations and transit routes, and it has an independent drive access from the M0 motorway connecting the motorways from the east, west and south. Besides the excellent road and rail connections, appropriate waterway and airway connections are also available within 15 kilometres, due to the Csepel Free Port and the Ferenc Liszt Airport of Ferihegy. At the same time, the logistics base is within easy reach from the city centre as well.

The fundamental aim of BILK Logisztikai Zrt. is to provide a package of complex, high level
warehouse and logistics services, as well as full range logistics and IT infrastructure with most cost-
effective operation.
