Foundation of the Volán Tefu State Company for road cargo transportation.

1966.

Foundation of Hungarocamion Pte. Co.

1994.

György Wáberer and his associates privatise Volán Tefu Pte. Co. With reorganisation the portfolio is amended with logistics services.

1999.

Acquisitions by Volán Tefu Pte. Co.

2001.

Volán Tefu Pte. Co. and MÁV Pte. Co. establish the Budapest Intermodal Logistics Centre (BILK), the largest logistics centre of Central Europe.

2002.

Volán Tefu Pte. Co. procures Hungarocamion Pte. Co. to establish the largest transportation and logistics service provider in Hungary and Central Europe.

2003.

The Company Group assumes the name WABERER’S and introduces the customer specific service system: WABERER’S OPTIMUM SOLUTION™

2004.

As legal successor of Volán Tefu Pte. Co., Waberer's Holding Logistics Pte. Co. is established, which takes over the management of the group of companies. Waberer's Holding establishes partnership with AIG New Europe Fund. Companies are established in the EU, additional acquisitions are performed in Hungary. In the BILK Logistics Pte. Co., the 100,000th square meter of logistics warehouse area is handed over.
Waberer's is the “Company of the Year” in Hungary

2005.

Regional expansion.

2006.

The name of Hungarocamion Rt. is changed to Waberer's International Pte. Co. and international transportation is performed by Waberer's Trans Llc.

2007.

Waberer's Holding Pte. Co. acquires a controlling share in Multicont Pte. Ltd., which operates the Budapest Freeport Pte. Co. and also becomes 100 % owner of the international transportation company Révész Eurotrans Ltd.
